Community Care Network

Community Care Network (CCN) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Methodist Hospital, and is a preferred provider organization (PPO) that offers an attractive, cost-effective healthcare program to self-insured employers in Western Kentucky and surrounding areas. CCN offers 36 primary and 14 referral hospitals. Its resources include more than 5,400 participating providers and clinicians that represent more than 100 specialties in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Missouri and Tennessee. More than 2,500 specialty referral physicians at facilities in Nashville, Tennessee, and Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky, are also available. CCN currently serves approximately 44 network client companies, and covers over 17,000 lives.

Employee Assistance Program

Methodist/INOVA Employee Assistance

Wellness Programs

A wellness program offering personal risk assessment, on-site screening and educational programs, is provided by Community Care Network and Methodist Hospital Department of Education and Research to target team-identified health risks. CPR, First-Aid, and Blood-Borne Pathogen courses are also available on campus or at the client's facility. Cooper-Clayton smoking cessation classes are provided on campus.

Occupational Medicine Center

The Occupational Medicine Center, operated as part of Community Care Network, provides comprehensive healthcare coverage to the industrial clients served through the Network. Pre-employment and Executive physicals, work injury management and tracking, substance abuse screening/testing, and a DOT compliance program are offered to a growing list of industries.
